Help Rosie Take Over the Museum – March 21
On March 21 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., join us at the Warhawk Air Museum as we celebrate Rosie the Riveter Day! Dress like Rosie and get in FREE as we honor the women of World War II who reshaped the workforce and strengthened the home front. The program begins at 11 a.m., followed by hands-on STEM activity stations where kids (and kids at heart) can learn to rivet, test codebreaker skills, start a victory garden, fly a drone, explore electrical circuits, and more.
Kids under 18 will receive a raffle ticket for each completed station for a chance to win prizes, including a photo opportunity inside the legendary Curtiss P-40 Warhawk (P-40N “Parrot Head”). The drawing takes place at 3 p.m. (must be present to win). DropZone Burgers will be on site, and all other guests receive $5 discounted admission. Grab your red bandana and join the fun!
